What do we consider as knowledge creation?
Inventorium is about enabling knowledge creation – however we want to move beyond “having ideas” to a stage of “developing ideas”. Invention becomes innovation when a action plan is appended – that may mean a new product, new process or a new business model. There are certain key concepts.
